In the eTIMS (Electronic Tax Invoice Management System), organization branches refer to the various physical or operational locations of a business entity registered under a single organization.

Listing branches in eTIMS via Slade360 eTIMS APIs provides an overview of all registered business locations and their respective activities, ensuring effective management and compliance with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) requirements.

Steps to List Organization Branches

  1. Log in to Slade360 eTIMS Infrastructure
    Access the eTIMS system via Slade360 eTIMS APIs using your administrator credentials. Then navigate to organization setup module.
  2. Go to Branch Management
    1. Click on the Branch Management module or menu option.
    2. This module contains all branch-related information for your organization.
  3. Access the List Branches Feature
    Within the Branch Management module, locate the List Branches button or tab.
  4. View Branch Details
    The system will display a comprehensive list of all registered branches, including:
    1. Branch Name
      The official name or identifier for each branch.
    2. Branch Code
      A unique code assigned to the branch for tracking purposes.
    3. Location
      The physical or postal address of the branch.
    4. Contact Details
      Phone numbers and email addresses associated with the branch.
    5. Branch Status
      It indicates whether the branch is active or inactive.
  5. Use Filters (Optional)
    Apply filters to refine the list based on specific criteria, such as:
    1. Branch status (active/inactive).
    2. Location or region.
    3. Date of registration.
  6. Export or Print the List (Optional)
    If needed, export the branch list in a format such as Excel, PDF, or CSV for offline use or reporting purposes.
