Get Customer Info
Customer information refers to the details associated with a client or entity who interacts with a business. These details typically include the customer’s name, contact information, KRA PIN, address, and transaction history.
Accessing customer information is essential for accurate invoicing, compliance with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) regulations, and effective customer relationship management.

Steps to Get Customer Information
- Locate the Search or Query Feature
Within the Customer Management module, find the Search Customer or Query Customer Information option. This action can also be performed using the get request on the list customers endpoint. - Input Search Criteria
Enter the details of the customer you wish to retrieve, such as:- Customer Name
Input the full or partial name of the customer. - KRA PIN
Provide the customer’s PIN for precise identification. - Customer Code
Use the unique identifier assigned to the customer in the system. - Transaction Reference (if applicable)
Search using a recent transaction number linked to the customer.

- Retrieve Customer Information
Once the query is submitted, the system will display the customer’s information, including:- Full Name
- KRA PIN
- Contact Information (phone number and email address).
- Physical Address
- Customer Category (e.g., individual, corporate, government entity).
- Transaction History (invoices, credit notes, payments, etc.).
- Review or Export Information (Optional)
Review the displayed customer details to ensure they are correct.
Export the information to a file (e.g., PDF or Excel) if needed for offline use.
